Make a tasty dish in less than 5 minutes.

Hello everyone,

Today’s recipe is “chocolate mug cake” that Lee calls “SPEEDY PANDA CHOC”

The main idea for this chocolate cake recipe is that you do everything in a mug or large cup (see photo).

There are no dishes to wash and it is very fast to do – takes about 5 minutes. Great for greedy wolves like you!

These are the ingredients you need per person:

– 60 grams of dark or milk chocolate (or 10 squares of a 200g tablet – you decide).

Don’t tell anyone but Little Chef Panda Lee likes to add an extra square of chocolate for a liquid chocolate middle!

– 20g butter. You can buy small butter squares of 10g each that you don’t have to weigh and to keep some spare.

– 20g sugar

– 2 cl milk

– 20 gr flour.

Small tip: no need to measure the sugar, flour and milk as you can use about 2 tablespoons each.

EASY PEASY!!!

– 1 egg

– 1 pinch of salt taking your 2 fingers (thumb and forefinger)

That’s all – now you’re ready to start!

Step 1:

Break the squares of chocolate into pieces in the cup, add the butter and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds on full power. Take a look, and if necessary add up to 10 seconds to ensure the chocolate mixture melts.

Step 2:

Take out your microwaved mug. CAREFUL! It will be very hot and could burn you so please use a glove or a cloth.

Take a fork and stir to make it smooth.

Step 3:

Add the sugar, mixture and egg. Then add the flour, salt and milk and mix everything together. If you want it to look like Lee’s add the extra chocolate square you set aside. It will make the center of your chocolate cake soft and runny that’s super yummy!

Step 4:

Microwave between 1 and 1 minute 15 seconds.

WARNING! Be careful not to burn yourself on the cup when you remove it from the microwave as it’s burning hot… Now you can enjoy your delicious snack.

Additional information:

It’s normal for the PANDA CHOC to deflate a bit to make it look prettier sprinkle it with icing sugar (see photo).
